I was born into a family which made loving antiques a natural choice.
My grandfather started to restore old furniture out of passion. My parents founded their own antique shop almost four decades ago, which is still one of the largest in the region. I gained a lot of knowledge from them and learned how to use different restoration methods correctly.
My interest in antique safes was awakened about 15 years ago when I happened to be offered an Italian safe, which I bought and restored.
I was very enthusiastic about the complex mechanics, the trick lock technology and the entire craftsmanship and the enthusiasm never let go of me until today.
Since then I have searched, found and restored several of these works of art.
